Payment processing in this application is not currently enabled. No self-service paid subscription or refund workflow is offered through the platform at this time.
Institution agreements
If you have paid under a separate invoice or institution agreement, the refund and cancellation terms in that agreement govern the transaction, subject to applicable law.
Raise an enquiry
Contact the team with the invoice reference, payment date, amount and reason for your request. Do not send card numbers, passwords or bank login details. No refund eligibility, amount or processing deadline is promised by this page.
